When we started to negotiate a lot more short sales for sellers after the real estate bust in 2007- agents did not even know what a short sale was. Most refused to even show them or work with us to get them sold. Why is it important to have a Wellington Short Sale Realtor® in your corner when you are doing a short sale? Nestor graduated from Ball State University in Indiana with a Bachelor Degree in 1979.
Nestor’s sales career started in 1981 where he quickly became the number one sales person representing building industry materials and manufacturers dealing with architects, engineers, designers, builders, developers and contractors in Houston Texas. He has a thorough knowledge of the building and development process.
He then transitioned into real estate as a Realtor® in 1995 in Houston Texas where he quickly became the top salesperson at Keller Williams Realty. He also represented Bank Of America in some of their REO properties. He moved to Wellington Florida in 1998 and has become a force in this marketplace and is known for looking out for his clients even it is not popular to do so. He quickly became the top producer at Re/Max, Continental Properties and now his own brokerage.
Katerina Gasset works for International Properties & Investments Inc along side her husband owner and broker Nestor Gasset. She is a sought after Speaker across the country for Real Estate associations like AREAA, WinDS, NAHREP and ActiveRain. Her topics include online marketing domination, video domination, online branding, short sale marketing and reputation management. This was not an intentional platform but rather evolved after Katerina Gasset was able to get International Properties & Investments Inc to own page one on Google for specific keyword searches put in by buyers and sellers.
Katerina is a first generation born American. She was born of maternal parentage who were exiled from Latvia under Stalin’s regime. Her mother, grandparents and great-grandparents immigrated to the U.S. right after WWII. She has a lot of experience in cultural diversity living in many different countries around the world.
In her real estate career she was first licensed in California in the early 80’s then went to Seattle and was license there. From there she moved to Florida in 1995 and became a Realtor® in Palm Beach County.
Upon the success of her internet marketing strategies, knowledge of SEO, video production and marketing, social media tools that created top google placement for herself, Nestor, their listings and their company other agents and brokers wanted in on her secrets. Being a pay it forward person, Katerina began to train and coach other agents to the top of their markets online. A large percentage of the listings and buyers come from Katerina’s understanding of online marketing strategies.
